The other day at Drexel we hosted the candidates for DA. When asked a question about firearms laws, most of them focused on the Philadelphia's "need" to have its own gun laws, rather than simply enforcing the numerous laws we already have on the books. The lone exception, as far as I can remember, was Brian Grady.
Based only on this issue, I can stand behind only Mr Grady as democratic nominee for Philly DA. Check out his site. Although I am no Democrat, based on his answers to our tough "know it all" law student questions, I think he'll do the city well.
